I love the sound of rain on water, the smell of morning glory at dawn, rattlesnakes, black ink, black birds, (don't ask me why, I just do), mint tea, and meditation. I believe that there are heroes among us, doing good with no cause or need of recognition. I believe that true strength comes from inside, and that all of us are much more powerful than we give ourselves credit for. The Quest for truth is the most important cause I fight for, and I'll keep fighting until the day they lay me in the ground. On second thought, even longer than that.

This is just a small piece of this week long memory. I remember choir tour my senior year after a long night with unpleasant roomates, I walked on to the tour bus and absentmindedly sat down next to you. You looked at me and asked me what was the matter and I told you it was nothing. We continued our conversation and I started to yawn, you offered your shoulder for me to sleep on so I did.
I don't know why this memory is still so fresh in my mind but it is. Probably because it illistrates exactly the kind of person that you are, kind, considerate, willing to listen and talk if needs be. Just so you know I think you are great. Thanks for this and other great memories.
